This practice works as a week 2 practice, too. Just skip the three unfamiliar moves which will be taught in week 3.
Enjoy this week 3 practice of the eleven moves and one pose you have been taught so far. Have fun and smile. May the joy circulated within you spread to all those surrounding you.
This week four video is a thirty-minute practice featuring the newest move learned: Working the Pulley. The movements are mirrored for the forward and backwards weight shifts. This practice includes lots of cues for moving. Enjoy the Joy Through Movement of this meditative practice. - JoEtta Heck
This video features the movement named Passing Clouds which uses the side-to-side weight shift. Allow the waist turn to guide the changing of the arm movements.

This week six video is a brief practice featuring the newest moves learned: Pulling Taffy and Pulling Taffy variation two - wrist circles. This is a side to side weight shift.
