Awareness appears to do nothing in its invisible state. Yet, awareness supports transformation of the conditioned mind and body. Awareness is a powerful force that moves stuck energy. The magic of awareness is waiting for you to notice. It is the greatest agent for change. So, ask. "What do I wish to change?" Wait, and notice what is revealed through your awakening to awareness.
As you expand your awareness for something you really desire to know, your mind and body respond accordingly. Awareness and energy are the foundations of our body and compliment each other to bring about well-being and healing.
Awareness exists in many states within our mind and body. What is known as distorted patterns of behavior also begin in awareness. The distorted behavior begins as a war with awareness. The kind of awareness at the thinking level where you know eating the entire sleeve of the Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies will result in feeling ill; yet, the force to stop eating is not strong enough.
How do you stop the war of awareness that leads to conditioned behavior and unhealthy patterns? By transcending the old energy and allowing new energy to be created. Discover ways to unconditionally love yourself and allow a new energy to be integrated into your being.
Begin with the body as its energy transforms easier than the mind. Learn to connect with your body through breath, yoga asanas, and/or moving meditations like T'ai Chi Chih or walking in nature.
Learn to set healthy intentions for the qualities you desire to grow from within. Give these intentions your attention while releasing their outcome to the universe. Wait and see what gets revealed.
