The programs offered by DIET for Balanced Health connect the mind with the body allowing, over time, old life-depleting habits to softly fade away and new life-enhancing ones to slowly develop. Intentions are set before taking action. The process of setting intentions then giving the intention your attention allows for an anything can happen experience.

T'ai Chi Chih is a physical practice that can be experienced by people ages twelve* and older. T'ai Chi Chih is usually taught while standing. T'ai Chi Chih can be modified and taught as a seated practice, too. T'ai Chi Chih is best practiced in comfortable clothing. This practice may be performed barefoot or with flat comfortable shoes.
*Anyone less than 18 years old must have parental consent prior to attending a T'ai Chi Chih practice or receiving instruction.
