When I am present in nature, I am delighted, fulfilled and truly connected to my source. Being in nature supports my healthy longevity.
My first garden design was off the back porch of my parent's home in Sheridan, IN back in the 70's. It included lots of pretty pink flowers and allowed me to know the renewing and calming power and fulfillment of this earthly action. Gardening supports my balanced health goals, both mentally and physically.
Since then, I have designed many small spaces and a few large ones. Follow along with me on my passionate journey and if you want a little help with your small design project send me an email with the details.

In the fall of 2024, the CSU Adult Fitness Program welcomed JoEtta as their T'ai Chi Instructor leading participants in the form known as T'ai Chi Chih.
Class meets on Wednesdays at 7:15AM and Fridays at 12:30PM for members of the CSU Adult Fitness Program. Tai Chi Chih supports your goals for healthy longevity with improved physical balance and a calmer mind.

Our Discover and Grow Reading Club finished our discussion of The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho in winter of 2024. This book inspired us to look deeply into our younger self to discover the dreams for our life that we abandoned. There is no time like the present to chase your dreams. AIMS Community College in Greeley graciously hosted the 2023 World T'ai Chi and Qigong Celebration on April 29, 2023. A variety of people attended from never done T'ai Chi Chih to seasoned teachers. In the mix of thirty-five attendees were students of Qigong who moved in their own way. All attendees celebrated in unity through breath and movement. Tai Chi Chih is a mindfulness practice that supports balanced health and healthy longevity.
