In five weekly two hour long classes, clients will learn the principles of an Ayurveda lifestyle, choose the perfect health routines to incorporate into their daily practice and develop a ritual to maintain their well-being intention.
Five weeks x two hours/week = $900 for a private five week program or $225/person x 4 people minimum for the five week program.
The Perfect Health: Ayurvedic Lifestyle lessons include:
Introduction to Ayurveda
Ayurvedic Nutrition,
Emotional Freedom
Inner Pharmacy and
Ayurvedic Daily Routines.
While each of these lessons builds on the previous, the lesson is also taught as a stand alone two hour class.
1 Lesson x 2 hour class = $180/person or 4+ persons at $45 each
T’ai Chi Chih has nineteen moves and one pose to sculpt a healthier mind, body and spirit. Clients are taught how to move from their center and let-go of tension within the body as they learn the movements of this healing art in eight one hour classes.
Eight weeks x one hour/week = $125/person x 4 people minimum or $90/hour private lesson
Four weeks x one hour/week = $75/person x 4 people minimum or $90/hour private lesson
T'ai Chi Chih is a physical practice that can be experienced by people ages twelve* and older. T'ai Chi Chih is usually taught while standing. T'ai Chi Chih can be modified and taught as a seated practice, too. It is best practiced in comfortable clothing. This practice may be performed barefoot or with flat comfortable shoes.
*Anyone less than 18 years old must have parental consent prior to attending a T'ai Chi Chih practice or receiving instruction.

This site wants to share a guided practice with its subscribers for a nominal fee to be determined for each practice. Use the action button below to share your preferred day of the week and time of the day for a guided or silent practice. This is for people who already know T'ai Chi Chih. There will be no instruction. More than one day and time can be selected. This information will be used to determine a day and time that works for most.
